Reservation Policy

The reservation have to be made preferably by email or fax , but also by phone.

You have to indicate the exact number of nights you wish to stay in our hotel , then the number of people and the kind of room you prefer ( double, two doubles etc).

To make a reservation , we strictly need valid credit card details ( number , expiration and cardholder ) – the credit card is not requested for payment , but only as guarantee ( see “ cancellation policy ).

IMPORTANT : Please let us know your arrival time.

Cancellation policy

In the case we receive your request for cancellation from 21  to 1 days before the arrival date , the penalty fee you must pay will be the amount of one night ( price of the room per one night )

In the case we receive your request for cancellation the check – in day itself , or in the case you not respect your reservation without any advise , the penalty fee will you must pay will be the total amount of the stay ( price per night per number of nights ) for a maximum of three nights.
